Newspaper correspondents at Casablanca state that the tribesmen arc mixing with the Fronch soldiers in a manner that astonishes witnesses ot their recent ferocity. Mulai Hafid ha 3 been proclaimed Sultan at Mogador, a seaport 130 miles, west-south-wost of Morocco. The whole of southern Morocco asknowledges him Sultan.
