Plunket; Tho Prime Minister, the Right Hon. Sir J. C. Ward, K.C.M.G.; and by His Worship tho Mayor, tho Hon. T.W. Ilislop. During tho evening the combined Musical Societies, under tlio leaderbsip of Mr. Robert Parker, will render several items. Tho Reception will bo preceded by aTorchlight Procession of Volunteers, Fire Brigade, and others, and six of the City Bands. The route will bo from the Government Buildings via Lambton uav, Willis, Ghuzneo, Cuba and Lower Cuba Streets, to the Town Hall, and on arrival at the Hall tlio Bands will play the procession jnto the building.
