No entry will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition : that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing Bhall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Entrances for. Maiden Plate will be received by the Secretary not later than 8 p.m. on Thiirsday, September 80 ; also nominations for Spj ing Handicap, and acceptances for Cromwell Handicap, to be,received at same time,—with necessary amount of cash, name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of owner, and colours of the rider. Acceptances for Spring Handicap to be sent in not later than 10 a;m. on morning of 2nd October. - . Any person entering a protest must deposit £2, and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount-will be forfeited.
