Schieb.— Claim for £2 7s 93. Settled out of Court. ■ Same v. E. A. Drury.—Rent, £ll lis. Defendant pleaded not indebted, and conducted his ' • own case, Mr Wilson acting for plaintiff. Judg* ment reserved for a week.
