CHAS. COLCLOUGH, Town Clerk. 0 T District of Otago Goldfields, July 23, 1875. To the Warden at Cromwell. I hereby give notice that I have this day marked out a Special Claim of sixteen acres, situated in the Lowburn Flat, above Perriam's freehold, under Section 2, Regulation IV. of the Golcl6elds Rules and Regulations. The reasons for asking the ground as a special claim are that the ground is certainly very deep and wet, the bottom being below the level of the Molyneux River, and that mining machinery and a large quantity of timber will be required to prospect the ground, for the working of which a Limited Liability Company has been formed. CHARLES COLCLOUGH, Manager, Lowburn Sluicing and Mining Company, Limited. Any person desiring to object to the same must, within fourteen days from the date hereof, lodge his objection at the Warden's office at Cromwell. (Signed) W. L. SIMPSON, Warden.
