Thomas Muir and others. 90 days, claim between Bailey's and Pipeclay; W. N. Green, 90 days, claim, Adams' Gully, and C. Green, 90 days, claim, Adams' Gully, were granted. Extended Claims.— o. M'Donald and another, 2 acres, Bailey's Gully; A. Aitken and four others, 5 acres, Bailey's Gully ; 3. Graham and an >ther, 2 acres, Bailey's Gully—granted. Tail Races. —S. Graham, from claim Bailey'i Gully, granted. Owen O'Neil and J. Handcock. and party, sime locality, refused. Water Race.—(). Schade and another, from i Hilly—granted. Dam. -Ah Hoe and others, Doctor's Flat, granted. Mining Leases^ —C. Hansen, 16 acres, Bendigo Gully; C. Colclough, 400 by 200 yards, north of Logar-'s second lease, Bendigo ; and H. O. Daniels and party, 400 by 200 yards, head of Rise and Shine Range, were adjourned each for 30 days.
