Ferguson and others, 3 acres, Pipeclay gully ; —granted. G. 3. Williamson, 1 acre, Roaring Meg flat—refused, applicant having shifted his pegs since putting in his application. Tail Race. —A. Williamson and others, half mile long, from claim at Nevis flat—granted, Protection. —P. Wilson and another, 90 days, claim, Smith’s gully—granted. Residence Area. —J. T, 11, Brown, 1 acre, Long gully—granted. Mining Leases. —C. Hassen, 16 acres, Bendigo ; Daniels and others, Rise and Shine gully; andC. Colclongh, adjoining Logan’s No. 2 lease. —These applications were adjourned 14 days.
