Benjamin Nash, for being drunk and disorderly, was fined 10s, with the alternative of 48 hours.

(Before W. Lawrence Simpson, Esq., R.M.) Grant v. Colclongh.—Action to recover £SO, the particulars of which were published by us last week. Judgment was further reserved. J. Corse v. R. Brown.—Claim for £l2 Is. Settled out of Court.
■ Harvey v. Geer.— Claim for £l2 4s. No appearance on either side—case struck out. T.iM-'Morran v. M'Millan.—Action to recover the sum of £35. This case was settled by plaintiff accepting £24 and costs of Court in liquidation.—defendant agreeing to pay all other costs and charges.
John Birnie made application for a slaughtering license for his promises, situate at the top of Carrick Range. Adjourned for report of Inspector.
A temporary license was granted John Marsh, for a booth on the cricket ground.
Monday, April 19, 1875. William Ferguson, a drunk and disorderly on 17th, forfeited bail to the amount of 203.
