CROMWELL ""CORPORATION WATERWORKS LOAN, Issued under Act of the General Assembly, dated 31st August, 1874. Tho Corporation of Cromwell invite tenders for debentures to the amount of 2000, bearing interest at 7 per cent., payable half-yearly. The Debentures will be payable in 30 years, and will be dated Bth January, 1875. They will be for £SO each, and the coupons attached for each half-year's interest will be payable at Cromwell or Dunedin at the Bank of New South Wales. A minimum price will be fixed before tenders are opened. Tenders in accordance with the annexed form will be received by the Town Clerk, Cromwell, up to 8 p.m. on Friday, the Bth January, 1875, endorsed " Tender for Debentures."
