Mr Waters the decision of the meeting. In connection with the above, we take the following paragraplrfrom' the report in the Clutha Leader of a meeting of the Presbytery held.atißalclutha on Wednesday last: —" Mr Waters., reported that the, deputation had visited Cromwell and met with all parties, concerned,;, when the following resolution, was -passed- by',the Presbytery—'That in terms.of.'powers given by the Synod to the Presbytery to receive Mr Drake and to deCromwell a congregation of this Church, hVWas resolved accordingly—and whereas the congregation has made unanimous choice of Mr Drake ; aS'their pastor, the Presbytery appoint his'induction to take place on th>loth February' next., Mr Bahner'man. to preach preside,.,and Messrs Cameron and Telford to be.the.other members of the Presbytery present.'"' - .
