CROMWELL CORPORATION WATERWORKS LOAN, Issued under Act of the General Assembly, dated 31st August, 1874. The Corporation of Cromwell invite, tenders for debentures to the amount of 2000, hearing interest at 7 per cent., payable half-yearly. The Debentures will be payable in 30 years, and will be dated Bth January, 1875. They wiV be for 50 each, and the coupons attached for each half-year's interest will be payable at Cromor Dunedin at the Bank of New South Wales. A minimum price will be fixed before tenders are opened.
