The Corporation of Cromwell invite, tenders for debentures to the amount of 2000, hearing interest at 7 per cent., payable half-yearly. The Debentures will be payable in 30 years, and will be dated Bth January, 1875. They wiV be for 50 each, and the coupons attached for each half-year's interest will be payable at Cromor Dunedin at the Bank of New South Wales. A minimum price will be fixed before tenders are opened.
