RULES & REGULATIONS

Mares will be allowed 51bs, and geldings 31bs. No entries to be received for any of the above ■aces except on this condition : That all disputes, ilaims, and objections arising out of the racing hall be'decided by the Stewards, or whom they nay appoint. Their decision upon all points conlected with the. carrying out of the programme ihall be final.
