RULES & REGULATIONS
Mares will be allowed 51bs, and geldings 31bs. No entries to be received for any of the above ■aces except on this condition : That all disputes, ilaims, and objections arising out of the racing hall be'decided by the Stewards, or whom they nay appoint. Their decision upon all points conlected with the. carrying out of the programme ihall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a lorsa for any race in this programme, post entry vnd trotting races excepted, unless the latter be uialified as the 'bona fide property of a subscriber ■f not less than L.3 3s: to the race fund.
