The rules of the Dunstan Jockey Club shall he strictly enforced. Entries for the Elswick Plate to be sent to the Secretary not later than 6 o’clock p.m. on Thursday, the 15th October. Parties may tender either to put in the tunnel simply, or to lay down their own rails, find trucks, &c., in connection with the work.
