No entry wfll be received for any of the above races except upon the following conditions:— That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of theracing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the-carrying out of this programme shall be final. Nominations for Spring and Publicans' Handicaps to be sent in to the Scretary, enclosing nomination and qualification fees, on or before the 18th day of September, before 10 o'clock a.m. Weights of Spring Handicap to be declared in Cromwell Argus of 29th September.
