[Before the Licensing, Bench,—Present : Messrs Simpson, Prpshaiv, anti Loughnan. ] The Executors of I). Taggart applied for a general license for the Mount Pisa Hotel, already licensed. The Bench being of opinion there was no necessity for the Honso, under all the circumstances of the case refined to grant the license. The Executors of John Halliday applied for a general license for the Shepherd's Creek Hotel. The application being unsigned, could not be entertained.
