L. Moore's head race to its final discharge in the Kawarau River. Notification is therefore hereby made that the natural channel of Smith's Gully, from the point known as the head of J. L. Moore's head racs, together with the natural channels through which Smith's Gully finds its discharge in the Kawarau, are a Main Tail Race iu terms of the application. W.
