A proposition from Mr M'Cabe then: followed, seconded by Mr Crombie r-r-r" That Messrs Moore, Humphreys, and Berry.be appointed to draw lip the petition."—Carried. The evening's proceedings closed with'a notice of an amendatory motion: on Rule 6, by Mr Crombie. "That all. members of ! Committee retire annually, and be eligible i for re-election."— Communicated.
