CIVIL CASKS. A. Ritchie v. Martin Wilson.— niaim £ls 13s. Bd. The accounts not haying been rendered in detail, plaintiff was non-suited. W. FT. Whettrr v. Smvthies,— Claim £3 9s. 6d. Debt was acknowledged. Judgment was given for amount, and costs. Scott v. Piiillipi. —The Magistrate in this case gave judgment that the question of title to the ground having been raised, he had no jurisdiction. He cautioned Phillipi, however, from interfering with the crops, as he might have power over the ground as a Warden.
