Judgment for plaintiff, witk sosts; execution not to issue, however, till April 1874. D. Moore applied for a re-hearing of the case A. Ritchie v. D. Moore, heard last week. He, however, failed to make an appearance before the Court, and the case was struck out. Scott v. Phiuppi.—This case was adjourned for further consideration. Hermann Arndt was granted a wholesale Jicense for his premises in Cromwell.
