No entries will be received for any of the above races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections aiising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of not less than £3 3s. to the race fund.
