♦ Tuesday, October 28, 1873. (Before J. B. lake, Esq., J. P.') J iff] Bailey was brought up, charged with mental derangement.' He was remanded for forty-eight hours, in order that it might be discovered whether the derangement was of a .permanent or temporary character. On Thursday, October 30, Bailey was again brought Tip, and discharged from custody. Friday, October 30, 1873. (Before W. Lawrence Simmon, Esq., R.M.) Thos. Hudsov v. E. Goninan.—£B ISs. Gd. Defendant appeared, and acknowledged debt. The judgment was for amount, and 'costs, the defendant to pay amount in weekly instalments of one pound each. Wh. Smith v. R. Inglis.--;£l3 lis. Judgment for amount; failing payment, distress. i ©.Start was fined 20s. for being dramk.
