All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any of the above races (except the Hack and Trotting Races) unless a subscriber of at least one guinea to the race fund.
