By a recent copy of the Hong Kongl TltttfS, we learn that Mr C. 11. Thatcher is iu| Hong Kong, Or at least was on the 24th Junol last. On that day he was brought up at the! Summary Jurisdiction Court, before his Hofefli J. H. Ball, and sued by Mr W. Curtis for 7 d01.,j the price of printing "150 copies of a poetical production.'' Mr Thatcher is described in the report of the Court ate a collector of fossils, shells, and curios, a recent arrival in Hong Kong, buftg well known in Australia and the Colonies. Tliaj "inimitable" had paid 3 dol. into Court, and disputed the remaining 4 dol. When the case was likely to turn against him, he applied foj an adjournment, which the Court refused, and ave judgment for the plaintiff*
