We hereby apply for a Lease of Land for Agricultural purposes, situate at Mount Pisa Station Homestead on Run 245, being the land adjoining and surrounding the present pre-emp-tive freehold, and bounded on all sides by Crown Lands, the road from Cromwell to Lake Wanaka running about five chains to the eastward of the proposed eastern boundary; and comprising six "hundred and forty acres or thereabouts, in accordance with section 103b of the Otago Waste Lands Act 1872, and the Agricultural Leases Regulations of the Bth day of December, 1871, made under the Otago Gold Fields Act 1866, and the Gold Fields Act Amendment Acts 1867, 186S, 1869."
