Ohas. Colclough.—Claim, £l7. Judgment for £3 12a., with costs of Court and £1 ss. for witness. Friday, August 22, 1873. (Before J.>B.. Lake, Esq.i J.P.) Charles Monson was charged with being drunk. He was discharged with a caution. Saturday, August 23. (Before J. B. Lake, Esq., J.P.) Pat Mulligan, who figured before the Court twice during the previous week, was again brought up on the charge of being drunk. He was fined 405., with the option of three days in Clyde gaol. He did not pay the fine on this occasion, Jane Wilson : payment of maintenance of three children at present in Industrial School, Dunedin. She was discharged on payment of the amount due. i ■—
