Pat Mulligan was again charged with being drunk and disorderly. Fined 20a., with the alternative of 48 hours in Clyde gaol, with hard labour. Pat paid the fine. F. J. Wilson v. Jamks Nicholas and Thos. Martin. Claim, £4 (is. 4d. .Judgment for amount, with costs, by default; failing payment, distress. E. Lindsay v. John Cunnakd.—Claim, £1 12s. 9d. Ruled out of Court.
