Owen 0'N T eil v. G. W. Goodger.—An action brought to establish the complainant's right to a share in the tioval Standard claim. The Warden, having heard statements from both sides, declined to deal with the matter in dispute until all the parties interested were brought into Lourc. The complaint was thereupon withdrawn. APPLICATIONS. Extended Claim. —James M'Donald and two others were granted three acres at Nevis Uorge. Tail Race.— An application by the same pariy for a taii race certificate was objec. Ed to bj' Lou>'fort and parry. Decision deferre i, pending negotiations for effecting a compromise. A number of applications were cancelled in consequence of the applicants failing to appeir.
