R U N S F 0 R SALE ON OK BEFORE MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1873, at 12 o'clock. • R MILNE R - will offer for sale by public auction, at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 3rd February, at 12 o'clock noon, The following Runs : Run No. 328, situated on the Waikaia River, contains 35,800 acres, about 3000 acres of which i are agricultural land; about 5001) acres are bush ; the rest is rough hilly country. The rental will be an assessment of 7d per head on not less than 8500 sheep. The lease will commence on the 26th February, 1574, when the assessment to 30th September will be payable. Run No. 359, situated at Nokomai, at the head of the Nevis ; contains 15,000 acres ; is composed principally of rough country. The rental will be 7d per head on 3750 sheep. The lease will commence on the 3rd day of February, 1873, when the rent to 30th September will be payable. Run No. 432, situate at the head of the Nevis River, at Nokomai, containing 9500 acres rough pastoral country. The lease will commence on the date of sale> and the rent will be an assessment of 7d per head on not less than 1000 sheep, that being the minimum number the run is estimated to carry. The rent to 30th September will bo payable on the day of s.de. The sale will be in terms of the Otago Waste Lands Act 1872. The upset premium in each case will be one half-penny per acre of the estimated area of the run. A deposit of 1-lOih part i of the premium will he payable on the fall of the hammer, and the balance within a month. The rent or assessment will be payable, after the first j period, on the Ist day of October of each year, in advance. T'ue runs will be leased for a period of ten years, terminable during that time, with ml ! compensation, by the lessor giving 12 months ! notice. The agricultural land, as delineated on the , plans to be seen at this office, to be resumablt i at any time without nonce or compensation.
