Notice is hereby given that application has been made to me by ISAAC and THOMAS ESCOTT to declare that that portion of the Otago Coldfields described in the Schedule hereunto annexed maybe occupied in a claim of one acre per man, under Section 1, Regulation VI., of the Otago Gold-fields Rules and Regulations ; and the said application will be heard at Cromwell on Thursday, the 25th day of July, 1872.
