Per favour of tlie Cromwell Argus. Sir. —I be;* to inform you tint I was nob the handicapper for the late Albertown Pace Meeting. The position was offere I ins, with a salary of €BO per annum, which I declined, on account of its not being sufficient for a man of my abilities, and expedence on the turf. But as you seem very desirous of knowing the name of the handicapper, I must inform you that it Was an "oil sport" named Ah Fat, and I have no donht he will be mo3t happy to forward you his carl.—Yours truly, Ge Nite.
