Paul Douglas, 1 acre, adjoining Pimm and Co's., Luggate Creek. Granted. Tail Races. —Morgan Rhys, from extended claim granted as above. Objections by All Nations Co. Granted, on condition that applicant shall not run tailings from his race into objectors’ race or dam. Dams. —John Munroe and another, at lefthand branch of Duffer’s Gully. Granted. Protections. —Wm. Phillipi applied for one sluice-head of water from Nine-mile Creek, Prospect Flat. Objected to by John Hurley, who holds a certificate for the water applied for. The applicant did not appear. Objection sustained, and application refused.
