Latest advices from Melbourne state that the M'Cullooh Ministry have resigned. The new Ministry is thus composed :—Mr (i. Duffy, Premier; Mr, Grand, Minister of Lands; Mr Deny, Treasurer ; Mr O'Grady, Commissioner of Works ; Mr Longraore, of Railways ; and Mr M'Lollan. of Mines. I
