The present month’s number of the Illustrated New Zealand Herald contains some excellent woodcuts, prominent among which is a well-executed view of the Port Chalmers Graving Dock, which is said to ho rapidly approaching completion. “Tho Burning of the ship Mann in Barabino at Sea,” “ Views in Borneo," and illustrations of various public buildings in Victoria, also enhance the attractions of the number under notice.
