Judgment for plaintiffs, with 25s costs. OBTAINING GOODS BY FALSE PRETENCES. Joseph Mitchiuson v. Joseph Gibb.—Plaintiff charged defendant with having chained goods by false pretences. Remanded to Clyde for seven days. DRUNKENNESS. Elizabeth Smith was charged with this offence, and was fined 10s. S
