Judgment was given, by consent, for amount claimed, with 33s for costa of Court, and 20s for professional coats. Failing payment, distress warrant to issue. Lawrence v. Kapatze alias Ross.—Claim, £9 15s Cd. No appearance of defendant. Judgmcut for plaintiff, with 13a for coats of Court. Dia* tress warrant to issue. 0. P. Saxe t>. James Cowan, manager of Kawarau Station.—Claim, £37 10s, for fencing done. Judgment for plaintiff for £2O 7s, with 30s costs. Rehearing asked for, and granted. R. F. Badger v. W. D. Hamilton.—Claim, £3 18a 6cL Judgment, by consent, was given for the plaintiff, with 9s coats. W. T. Talboys v, W. D. Hamilton. —Claim, £3 12s 6d. Judgment for plaintiff, by consent, with 9s costs. Wm. Shanly u. W. D. Hamilton.—Claim, £l4 2s. Judgment for plaintiff for sum claimed, with 14s costs. D. Wilson v, John Halliday.—Claim, £39 10a, for wages. The defendant put in a set-off, but it was objected to owing to no proper notice having been given. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, with 25a for coats of Court and 42s for professional costs. Failing payment, a distress warrant to issue. Nicholas and Co. v. Geo. Gilford.—Claim, £9 8s 6d. Judgment for plaintiffs, with 25s costs. OBTAINING GOODS BY FALSE PRETENCES. Joseph Mitchiuson v. Joseph Gibb.—Plaintiff charged defendant with having chained goods by false pretences. Remanded to Clyde for seven days. DRUNKENNESS. Elizabeth Smith was charged with this offence, and was fined 10s. S
