The filloiving instrnmiits may be stamped, with adhesive stamps as heretofore: - Vgreemcntst nnrl'ir band only, agreements comprised in letters, hills of lading, cheques on hanks or hankers, drafis or orders for the payment of money when liable to the duty of one duty of one penny only policies of insurance, and receipts for money paid
