Pykr, Esq., Warden.) •i, The hearing of Ilebdcn and party's application for a certificate for their prospeeting-claiin on the Alto Reef, Bendigo, was postponed till next Sitting of the Court. nj All application by Colelough and party for a claim on Colclongh's Reef was op,p>3el by Mrßnugh, and also by Mr Badger, oa behalf of two parties of objectors whoso iuamea were not specified. His Worship said that the applicants certainly had a right to know at the mines of the parties objecting ; an 1, 1 Spin the application of Mr Brotigh and Mr Balfijer, who agreed to pay the costs of the day, the Storing was adjourned till next Court-day.
