Cololough and another.—Mr Minders , appeare 1 for plaintiff, and .applied for a rc-hear- ' mg of this case on the ground of fro-h evidence being forthcoming. The Warden declined to hear the case, unless Mr Brough, the former counsel for the plaintiff, appeared in support of the application. After some argument on the subject, tho case was adjourned to the licit Court-day, the Warden suggesting that this '■*" Case and the two similar ones which had been before the Court should he heard as one case, tho special points in each being brought out, to which tho plaintiff agreed. The plaintilf w.v instructed to endeavour to secure Mr Brough’s services, Mr Mauders to act in junction with him. In tho event of Mr Brough declining lo take the case in hand, the Warden would hoar Mr Mamlera in support of the application. .(larrett v. Logan.—Application for the dissolution of tho partnership existing between Messrs Logan, Garrett, Hehdon, and Goodger. Mr Brough for plaintiff. Mr Bailey for defendant. Defendant’s counsel stated that his client was unable to attend, as he had been taken ill at Clyde, and produced a medical certificate from Dr Thomson. He applied for the adjournment of the case. Mr Brough would not object to the adjournment, hut would ask for the appointment of a temporary manager and receiver,), ns the affairs of the vfere being neglee ted.
