The delinquent,'* admitted the offence, and was fined 10a ' l and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment. (Jamks HA.zi.KTr, Fsq., J.P., here took hia seat 011 the Bench.) / David Sinclair surrendered to his bail '' on a charge of drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He was lined 40s and 'costs. During the hearing of the case, the prisoner behaved in a most disrespectful manner towards the Bench, and used Tery abusive language. He was committed for contempt, and at a late hour of the day he was brought up, and mulcted in a penalty of £5, or 14 days' imprisonment. The fine was paid.
