Mi's Lanston asked'the court-to issue an order restraining her husband from leaving the country and joining his "affinity ' abroad until he has provided tor he* and the two children. In supiwrt of her application she produced two letters written by her husband, one or which begins:— . Little One.—Your previous letter is in my wife's possession. After that you will receive from me every week another remittance. When you write to me do not sign vour letter "Margot lai Belle." It is true you aiv prettv, but it isn't so nice to; see it said by you about yourself. In the second letter, Lanston said: I m not a, reformer, darling. Life is too short is it not? But I do hope, that in a gentle life, freed from wants and ancry thoughts, you will forgot all ugly things and think but of nico ones." .
