Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Conservators for the Inch Clutha River District held on Saturday, the 21st day of September, 1878, the following classification of lands within the River District was made : — Class 1. — All that area of land within the body of the River District. Class 2. — Balloons, Bends, or Points, as follows : — Pillans' original Bend ; Smaill's Balloon ; Gilroy's Bend ; Baird's Point. Class 3. — Township Lands (as town lands at annual value). Public notice is also hereby given that the said classification may be inspected -by the owner or occupier of any land within the River District at my house, Inch Clutha, during office hours, for twentyone days from and after the 27th inst.
