HjPHS Undersigned begs to inform the JL inhabitants of Balclutha and surrounding districts that, having purchased the business lately carried on by Messrs Kilgoub, Brothers, as Wholesale and Retail Bakers, Confectioners, &c, intends to carry on the same as formerly, with the addition of General Groceries, Oilmen's Stores, &g. , &g. , as soon as the necessary alterations can be effected. Having successfully carried on business as Baker, Grocer, &c. , for the last ten years in Dunedin, my late connection there places me in a most advantageous position for purchasing in the best markets. Tho principles on which the business will be conducted being small profits and cJuick returns, and to supply goods of the best quality at the lowesb possible pribea for cash, the advantages gained thereby being mutual, the ' system recommends itself to both buyer and seller.
