Kitchen G-arden. —Store up manures, composts, and turfs, to rot into mould. Dig, ride, or trench all vacant parts of the garden. Sow early peas, beans, and radish —in heat cucumbers and melons. Plant out cauliflower, cabbage, rhubarb, sea kale, horse radish, and all pot. herbs. Blanch sea kale, rhubarb, and endive. Remove all dead leaves from strawberry beds *, manure, and dig between the rows. Keep young crops of onions free from weeds, and keep the ground weli loosened with the hoe in dry weather. Fruit Department. —Press forward the planting of trees and bushes.
