This valuable piece of property comprises 200 acres of some of the choicest arable land in the district. The whole of it is substantially fenced and sub-divided into four paddocks, 40 acres being under crop. The property lias three-quarters of a mile frontage to the Pomahaka river, and there is a good road leading to it. This fine propertyis on the WarepaPlain, adjoining Mr Scott's and Mr Proudfoot's properties,, is as good land as can be got, splendidly watered by the Waiwera, Paiwata, and other streams, and every acre fit for agricultural working. The Southern Trunk Railway runs through the property, and the Waiwera Station, situate exactly half-way between Dunedin and Invercargill, will be built thereon, thus bringing access to both Towns in three hours.
