"^TRIGHT, STEPHENSON. & CO. have received instructions from John Allan, Esq., to sell by auction at his Estate, Waiwera, 15 miles from Balclutha, on Tuesday, April 9, at 12 o'clock, 1500 cross-bred sheep, 2 to 8-tooth, mixed sexes 850 cross-bred lambs, mixed sexes 350 merino ewes 8 quiet milking cows and young stock 7 heavy draught mares and geldings 4 heavy draught colts and fillies 2 drays, 1 cloiible-fnrrow plough . STEPHENSON, & GO. have received instructions from the Owner to sell by auction (on an early day to be hereafter named), THS WAREPA. ESTATE, Consisting of 2500 acres of fn-st-class land, subdivided into convenient farms. Thisfine propertyis on the Warepa Plain, adjoining Mr Scott's and Mr Proudfoofc's properties, is as good land as can be got, splendidly watered by the Waiwera, Paiwata, and other streams, and every acre fit for agricultural working. The Southern Trunk Railway runs through tlie property, and the Waiwera Station, situate exactly half-way between Dunodin and Invercargill, will be built thereon, thus bringing access to both Towns in three hours. Persons wanting freehold farms will do well to inspect this property and wait the sale, wliich will be as soon as plans can bo prepared.
