For Sale by private treaty, that valuable Freehold Property at corner of Clyde and Lanark-streets, Balclutha, extending to three-quarters of an acre, and being sections numbered 9, 10, and 11, block VII,, presently occupied by Messrs Kilgour Brothers, Bakers and Confectioners, together with the whole buildings erected thereon, and the Goodwill and Stock-in-Trade of the said business. The buildings consist of — 1. Dwelling-house, built of concrete, and almost new, containing seven rooms, including shop, refreshment room, &c. 2. Bakehouse, with stone and brick . Oven. 3. Three-stalled Stable. 4. Flour-house, together with other outhouses, and conveniences. The business lias now been carried on by Messrs Kilgour Brothers for many year 3, who have a large town trade and an extensive country connection, and is well known to be one of the best wholesale and retail bakery and confectionery businesses out of Dunedin. The machinery and appliances are all complete, and include a biscuit machine, quite new, which cost £42 10s ; also confection moulds and machinery complete.
