Cumine to sell by public auction, at Watson's Hotel, Dunedin, on Thursday, April 11, at 2.30 p.m., THE HORSESHOE BUSH ESTATE, Containing altogether about 2000 acres of the very finest agricultural land, which has been subdivided, and willbe offered in 13 SEPARATE FARMS, containing from 100 acres to 250 acres each The above property being so well and favourably known as an early and choice selection, the simple intimation that is to be cut up into convenient s?zed farms is sufficient to attract 'the keenest competition without further comment.
