M. Russell, situated in Lanai'k-street, Balclutha, being Section No.- 17, Block XI., of the town of Bal•elutha**, containing by admeasurement one rood ; together with the Dwelling - house erected thereon. The dwelling-house was erected by the late Mr Russell expressly for his own occupation, is very substantially built, is almost new, and is in excellent condition. The house was very substantially built hy tha proprietor for his own occupation, "is almost new, and is in first-class order. The garden has been well stocked with fruit and other trees, and the property being only a few minutes'' walk from the Balclutha Railway Station, its value is thereby very much enhanced. J. A.
