Notice is hereby given, that,, a QUARTER LV LICENSING MEETING for the following Licensing District will be held as follows :— For the town of Balclutha, at the Resident Magistrate's Court Balclutha, on TUESDAY, the sth March, 1878, at noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications for certificates for such licenses as by " The Licensing Act 1873 Amendment Acts 1874 and 1875," are authorised to be granted by Licensing Courts, and the transfer or removal or. renewal of -such licenses of which 21 clays' notice shall have been given to the Clerk of the Licensing Court for the District in which the premises, in respect of which such application is made, are situated.
