We beg to intimate tliat in consequence of our present term of partnership having expired, and a dissolution taking place in April, that we shall hold a CHEAP CLEARING SALE DURING FEBRUARY AND MARC H, and have determined to offer the whole of our valuable stoclc at such Reduced Rates as hitherto has been quite unprecedented in the District. It is needless for us to exjiatiate on the immense bargains that can be secured at this Genuine Sale ; let it suffice for us to say, that the Stock must be sold, to enable us to adjust partnership accounts, and to effect this we are prepared to make Great Sacrifices, and will offer very special induements to Cash Purchasers. The whole stock, which is too varied to enumerate, consists of a general assortment of Men's, Youths', and Boys' READY. M 4 DE CLOTHING, HATS, SHIRTS, PANTS, SCARFS, TIES, Etc.. The Drapery, Fancy Dress, Millinery, and Manchester Department will be cleared at merely nominal rates. The Ironmongery, Crockery, Stationery, Hollow-ware, and Grocery Department will also be disposed of at impartial prices. In fact no reasonable offer will be refused, and gift prices will be distributed to all who favour us with a call. Large purchasers will be allowed Diocount on sale prices. An early visit will secure first choice, and an inspection will more than repay all we here indicate. | All accounts against the Firm must be rendered not later than March 31, 1878.
