Reid, the plaintiff was non-suited, with professional fee, LI 11s 6d. PoLiois v. Coombb. — Information lot selling spirituous liquors on Sunday. Mr D. Reid appeared for the' defendant, who was fined Is, and edsts, 9s. Owliski v. Sissers. —Information for having at Waihola, used indecent language to the complainant's wife. Both parties in this case were Poles, After evidence was taken, the case was dismissed. George Strkbting v. Robert Rbid. — Claim of LI, being amount of "cash lent. No appearance of the defendant. Judgement was given for the amount claimed, with costs of Court. W. ArrcmsoN v. R. Wilson. —Claim of L 4 15s, for cartage of clay to the Milton Pottery Works. Case dismissed, as affi i ' davit of jurisdiction had not been properly made out. AiiLisoxv. R. Wilson. — Claim of L 6 6s, for cartage of sand to Milton Pottery Works. The case was adjourned.
