Judgement was given for the amount claimed, with costs of Court. W. ArrcmsoN v. R. Wilson. —Claim of L 4 15s, for cartage of clay to the Milton Pottery Works. Case dismissed, as affi i ' davit of jurisdiction had not been properly made out. AiiLisoxv. R. Wilson. — Claim of L 6 6s, for cartage of sand to Milton Pottery Works. The case was adjourned.
